The Visit by Coach meet and greet team were in action again today and in between welcoming visitors to Wells and giving them maps and vouchers for discounts in many shops and cafes, they helped Kim, a driver for South West coaches, with the washing of her coach.
“Kim collects pupils from villages between Yeovil and Wells and delivers them to the Blue School each weekday and has very kindly offered our volunteers seats on her coaches while we’re waiting in the cold for visitors,” said Ross Young of Wells Independents who is organising the meet and greeters.
“So it seemed only right that we pay her back for her kindness. Thanks Kim!”
